Title: RF remote control - shortcut buttons not controlling the MC

I've just bought a new remote control, the Emprex 3009URF.  It works with a usb dongle and is RF to 10 metres.  I have disabled Windows Media Center but the green button doesn't work - none of the shortcut buttons do.  Once I'm in media center, it works like a dream and is very fast.  What is the problem??  I've tried the remote with WMC and the green button works (I soon remembered how slow WMC is though!).

Anyone who can help, this would be great.  I do have a MCE usb IR receiver that I could use if I have to.  Would this be able to work in tangent with the RF receiver?

No, Windows 7 64bit.  Love the MC by the way - sensational product.

In MC's Remote options, check the devices.  Both HID and MCE should be checked.

Also, tell MC to start Media Server on Windows start.  That's in the Startup section.
