Title: Getting "Unknown Failure Occurred" when burning CD's

I am regularly receiving "An Unknown Failure Occurred" when burning CD's.  I have to cancel, reboot the computer, and burn a new CD.

I am using version 7.2.280, and an HP cd16 writer.  

Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Most likely a "buffer under-run" problem. See the "CD burning tips" page for ideas on how to avoid this. To verify if this is the problem, see if it burns ok at 2X speed.
You could also try MJ version 8 which has many burner improvements, bug fixes, and better CD writer support.
