Title: Can't re-register MC14

Hello,

at May, 28. 2009 i bought MC14 via PayPal. Now i hat to reinstall MC14 b/c i switched my computer to Win 7. But when i try to re-register MC14 it fails. The only license key i receive (via the Restore Page) is titled "MP3 Encoder2.0" and it indeed activates MP3 but not the complete MC14.
Can you give me some advice on how to solve that problem?

It's probably registered under a different address.  We can change it.  Please e-mail me with your details.  I'm jim at jriver.
