Title: Request: Rating in the info panel (similar to the playing now rating mechanism)

I'd like to ses the possiblility to rate items (videos, music, images) directly in the info panel.

Currently, you can rate in playing now, which is a very nice addition, but you'll have to play to be able to rate items this way.
