Title: double purchase.. refund?

My MC 14 trial expired, so I went to purchase.. The puchase confirmation page had an active x control warning at the top which I allowed, which refreshed the page!! Arg! (I would test in IE 8 when you get a chance. The warning came up after I was away from my PC for a couple minutes.)
Any chance on refunding my duplicate purchase?
I would have contacted customer support directly, but all i could find is the forum.

I saw your e-mail.  I believe the duplicate was refunded today.  If not, it will be tomorrow.
