Title: DLNA and Playback
Post by: Vincent Kars on February 27, 2010, 12:15:51 pm
When I play songs on the client from the library of the server using DLNA a lot of them display the following error
(http://thewelltemperedcomputer.com/Pictures/Software/MediaPlayers/MC14/DLNA_error.jpg)
On the server they play fine

In the (undocumented?) advanced DLNA options there is: Log File Request
I expect this to create a log file. If so, where can I find it?

I'll give you a bump, and post my own issue.

I simply want to use PlugPlayer as a remote so I have DLNA enabled.

I get an 801 error when I try to browse.

There are a couple of other DLNA threads here.

I don't know what the error is.  Firewall?  MC's DLNA uses ports from 52100 to 52199.
