I am currently using 14.0.144 of JRiver Media Center. When I look at my Audio Collection under the Albums view, for some reason my compilations are shown with a album thumbnail for each track. How do I change the view so compilations are shown as a single album? I have a very hard time understanding why this would even happen, since when you buy a compilation from the store on CD (some of us actually still do this) they come on a single disc and therefore a single album.

Make the Album names the same, and add the Disc # tag (1, 2, ...).

What happens if you rip a CD?
You get as many files as there are tracks.
How does MC 14 knows all these files belong to the same CD?
This is a matter of using the tags
If if album title and album artist are the same, MC displays it as 1 album
The trick in case of samplers:
- album title must be the same
- Artist contains the performer of the individual track
- Album Artist must be the same e.g. Various Artists

Thanks for the help. I failed to realize that album artists needed to be the same. Once I used Various Artists, it fixed everything. Thanks again.
