Title: Cities tag?

Im trying to organize my video and pics this way, Country -> State -> Cities -> Keywords. I can not find State or Cities under the tags, how can i get those on there?

Tools->Options then selecte Library and Folders. Click on Manage Library Fields... You can add both of them there...
