Title: I can't get MJ14 to install properliy no matter what I do

I have downloaded version 14 at least three times (latest was just five minutes ago.) and tried to install it at least 7 times.  All it get though is this "Critical Error" message:

The folowing module has failed to load
C:\Program Files\!! Audio\j River media Center 14\Default

It has reported the following error:

A JRiver Media Core component failed to load the product info file:

C:\Program Files\!! Audio\J River Media Center 14\Data\Default Resources\Options.xml


Please reinstall the latest version of the program

It may be something on your PC that is preventing a complete install or access.

Try a reboot.

Try uinstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling.
