Title: Ripping failure: rips only last track and rips it 9 times

I have tried twice to rip a CD but both times it only ripped the last track, but when ripping the information says it is ripping each of the 9 tracks. In the 'recently ripped' view it shows track 9 ripped 9 times. In the 'audio' view there is just 1 track ripped (track 9). The log says that all tracks were ripped. I dont believe I have changed the set-up since successfully ripping all tracks of another CD.

Does anyone know what might have gone wrong and what I can do to rip the entire CD?
