I ordered the Media Center Remote on 2/26/010, and it is yet to arrive.

Any way to obtain information on the status of an order?

We have had some missed communications with our supplier; however, our supply will arrive early next week and all orders will be shipped the same day.

I ordered on Feb. 25 and still have not received.  Any information?

I'm sorry for the delay.  We had problems with the supplier.  It should be shipped tomorrow or Wednesday.

All pending orders were shipped yesterday.  We're accepting orders again.   

U.S. orders should arrive tomorrow or Friday.  International orders will take a few days longer.
