every time i request my registration you send it and it does not work

When you get the email back with your registration code, copy and paste it into the box on
https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi
Make sure there is nothing besides the registration code in the box.
When you hit restore, the license will be downloaded and installed on your computer.

i had to completely remove 12 and 14 and then reinstall 14. is my new install (i paid for the version 14) completely registered and legal and not a trial version?

Posting a license will result in a voided license.
