Title: I can't get my web activation to work.

I have my registration code from my original email purchase (Media Center 14).  I am trying to register a few new boxes in my home.  However when I try to web activate.  It tells me my code is not valid.  I'm copying & pasting it so there's no chance of mistyping it.  What do I do?

The license must be for the correct version.   MC14, for example, uses only an MC14 license.
