Title: MC14 Windows 7 compatible..
Post by: mrwul on March 20, 2010, 06:04:28 am

Have search all over the jrmediacenter-site for words "Windows 7" and system requirements.
Only when scrolling thru the forum pages (and doing a search) I can find that most likely it is
Windows 7 compatible.  Maybe a word in the release notes..?
Or am I overlooking something?

Mrwul,

Have you verified with Microsoft Windows 7 Compatibility Center that the software is indeed compatible with Windows 7? The Microsoft Windows 7 Compatibility Center is available here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/default.aspx and can be used for both hardware and software concerns.

Jessica! Are you lost? This is the JRiver Compatibility Center. We've already proclaimed Windows 7 compatible with Media Center 14 and 15. We even recommend it. Please don't confuse the WMC refugees when they're so close to salvation. ;D

Am moving from 32 bit to 64 bit Win7. MC14 is my music center so I do expect it will work. Any caution notes?

Maybe you should submit Media Center to the compatibility thing Jim?
Seems like a form of free advertising:
