Title: Tagging Problem

I have about 30,000 songs by about 3500 artists. Some of the files come up in the category of “Various Artists”, even though the filename is correct, and shows an artist name. Other files by the same artists appear in the correct category. Any Thoughts? Thanks, Chuck

Check the 'Album Artist' field.  It might be filled in for those files.

Exactly!!! I never opened that field before, but that is exactly where the problem was. Thank you very much. - Chuck :)
