Title: Remote Commands doesn't allow to switch to Zone 2

Hi,

Thanks for puttin in place great customization of Remote Control Commands.
However, it doesn't allow to configure to switch other Zone than standart Zone 1.

Example:
1. I define Zone 2 in Zone Manager.
2. In Tools/ Options/ Remote Control/ Commads appreas only Set Zone [Zone 1] and Toggle Zone. Set Zone [Zone 2] doesn't apprear there.
3. Toggle Zone works, and allows me to togle between Zones.
4. However, I can't even create manual Command to set Zone 2. If I use Set Zone comand as base, and use as parameter Zone 2, it doesn't save it properly.

Any thoughts?
