Title: PlugPlayer and MC 15

Hi Bob & JimH;
I thought I'd "port" this thread over from the Media Center 14 forum as I've upgraded to 15.0.16, and I use MC 15 exclusively now. The issue with PP and "automatic track advance" is still there with 15.0.16, but based on the findings by abramsh, maybe this should be called the "MC renderer sends pause before stop" issue.
Anyway, here's the link back to this topic on the MC 14 forum http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=56587.0, and I'll post a link there pointing to this thread. Let me know if I've violated any forum rules by doing this, but I'm OK if you lock the MC 14 thread and we carry on the discussion here.
Please let me know what you think about abramsh's observation that the MC renderer is sending a pause before a stop at the end of tracks.

Thanks Jim, I have been following this for a while and glad to see the fix. I haven't tried it out yet. I bought 15 but haven't converted my PCs yet and kind of like to wait until the releases slow down or have time to implement the new features. Is this also going to be ported to the 14 load?

Another reason I ask is that abramsh from Plug Player got 14 didn't he or was the key you gave him good for 15. If for some reason we need to have some more fault isolation it would be nice for this whole process not to go through again.

On a separate thought, now that this is working it would be nice if one of the guys that started this or a JR representative ask abramsh nicely to add MC to the list of Renders as well as Servers on his web site.

Confirmed. This issue is resolved in MC 15.0.20. I can now sit in the sweet spot, queue up a bunch of tracks using PP, and then sit back and listen without having to reach for my Ipod at the end of every track. Awesome!! Thanks Bob and JimH, JRiver support rocks!!! Riv
