I'd really like the option to rip and encode a CD to two different locations in two different formats at the same time or serially, but only having to start the ripping upon CD insert.
there's no point in fighting the household where crapple products exist, and it sure is handy to have a MP3 version in a iTunes only folder on the media server next to standard location for lossless audio. i went through a complete conversion of everything to that folder and would like a simpler way of adding to that instead of having to change the encoding options every time i rip a CD.
and with the handy workaround someone posted for creating a device folder in MC and then pointing to that folder in iTunes, the above would save a step when iTunes is not used soley for that device.
