Title: Installing Regist. Code

When aatempting to install Refistration Code, I get the following error message:
"Error installing Media Jukebox license: Failed opening license file."

Please help!

The Registration Code does not install the license, but you can use it to install the license by visiting the Restore Page.  Check the FAQ for details.

Mike,
If your version is really 8.023, you will need to update.  8.0.320 is available in a thread here.
