Title: DVD Rip
Post by: CadErik on April 11, 2010, 03:23:58 am
I recently noticed that MC has a DVD rip option. It doesn't seem to do anything with regular (protected) DVDs.
Is the idea to use AnyDVD or equivalent to decrypt the DVDs in addition to MC?

Erik.

I am also wondering what are the full capabilities of the DVD Rip feature. Does this feature replace DVD ripping software for all movies, or just home-made DVD disks?

Guys, I must be stupid, but I cannot find this feature at all (MC16). Yes, It does have a button "Rip DVD" in action window, but when I go into the options, the only options available are those for audio CD ripping. Should I install any additional encoders, plugins, or should I search inside the MC more rigidly?
