Title: Upgrading

I recently upgraded from Version 12 to 14.0.155, which is supposed to include an upgrade to Version 15. I downloaded 15, but when I enter my license info I get an error message. Any thoughts? Thank you, - Chuck
Did I post this in the wrong spot?

IS ANYBODY OUT THERE?

Copy and paste is more reliable.
