Title: Need Help With MC and Airfoil

Does anyone have any experience with MC and Airfoil? I've got MC set up under Win 7 using a Lynx AES16 and WASAPI in Exclusive mode. The Lynx is the only soundcard in my computer. This is my Zone 1, and I'm trying to set up a Zone 2 using Airfoil to send to an Airport Express in another room. I can get Airfoil to send out audio if I have it "hijack" MC as an application, but then I lose audio in Zone 1. I've got the Zones synchronized, but I can only get audio out of Airfoil if I hijack MC. If I try to set Airfoil to Primary Sound Capture Driver there's no audio even if I set Zone 2 to Output mode: Direct Sound and Device: Primary Sound Driver. Any suggestions? Thanks. Riv

With virtual audio cable you can route the audio any way you like. I use it to route the output to different squeezeboxes.
