I upgraded to build 27. I start Media Center on the machine that runs the library and on another machine i edit tags etc.
After about 5 minutes the Media Center application on the library server terminates with a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error. I actually get two error messages. One is blacked out and the second one indicates the application was forced to terminate and to contact support.
Any ideas on what could be causing this? If you need me to supply screen shots I can
Thanks

Does the server crash if you don't connect with a client? Is it only when performing a certain action on the client like viewing a certain view that the server crashes?
-
Yes - the server crashes when no Mediacenter is running as a client connecting to the library server.
I use MP3Tag to edit my tags on a separate machine and it seems that whenever the library is being automatically updated with changes I have made the crash happens.

I'm guessing there's a problem with a certain file. Please use logging to capture a crash, then email it to matt at jriver dot com:

Thanks.

Thanks for the fast response. I have turned logging on and as soon as I get the error again I will send a copy of the log
