Title: restore registration

I tried to restore my registration. When i was emailed a registration number it was the same as the original. When I tried to restore, I was told the number could not be found. Now what?

You have a valid Media Center 15 license. (which also works with the latest v14)

Double-check when you enter the code that a character isn't getting dropped or changed.  Sometime when you paste from another program it can add a space or remove a character.

Also, use Internet Explorer if you're not.
