Title: Change in adding neocode to message

On the side when clicking to add code. If you select the word or name and then click add say, bold. It will add the code between the selected word.

Example. I would type:
BOLD ME
I would then select it (highlight it)
and would get:
(only shows up this way because I am adding \ before the beggining bracket)
[b]BOLD ME[/b]

If no text is select then it will add:
[b]TEXT HERE[/b]

We will go over and rewrite the posting help.

Next is emoticons.



Forgot to mention. This new addition only works with IE. Seems Netscape 4 and 7 does not take any of it.
