I'm wondering, is anyone playing APE Files on an Android phone?
I'm kind of hoping a nice phone comes along fairly soon that will play my APE Files and have a MicroSDXC slot, and not be locked down to Apples rapidly growing empire.
At which point the Jesus phone can move out the way! :)

Today I downloaded Andless which is a media player for Android which apparently plays APE Files.
I'm going to try it later :-)

I can't seem to convince MC that my android supports APE.
I've told it that APE is a supported format in options yet it still trys to convert the files

OK I've copied the files across, and they're playing. It's ok ,so long as you don't do anything else.
I think the processor is struggling to decode fast enough. I've got a legend. I'm aware some Androids are faster.
[edit]
Maybe it's a lack of buffering. The CPU Usage is not that high.
