According to your Wiki there should be a media scheduler within the 'Start'-'Programs' tree - nothing there
I'd like to program our media system to play until a specific time, send the system into sleep state, wake it up again at a certain time and start MC15 to play music from a specific time on.
Can someone tell me how to do this?
Thanks

Services->Plug Ins->Scheduler

thanks, never looked there :) probably it should somehow be mentioned in the Wiki... there it is mentioned to be a separate function within 'Start Programs'... :)

MrC,
would you please be so nice to tell me how to use this scheduler plug-in? I'm a bit stuck... as the wiki page says something totally different... ::)
In the actual version of MC15 I have as 'Tasks': Play, Command Line and Record Stream. I assume I can use 'Command Line', but how?
Id' like to
- play music until a certain time (would be a very cool idea to be able to set a timer like 10, 20 or 30 minutes to play within Theater View... wow)
- end MC15 after that
- send the system into sleep mode
- wake it up at a certain time
- start MC 15
- play music (pre-made playlist of course)
Thanks, appreciate your comments! :)

You can use Scheduler to play music at a certain time. You don't even have to have a pre-made playlist, as you can set up a query within the scheduler (however, I cannot get this to work right now). Unfortunately, when Scheduler became integrated within the MC program, JRiver took away the option to schedule a shut down of MC. Feature request, perhaps?
