Title: How to associate podcast item with a file I already downloaded

I manually downloaded 5 files before subscribing to the podcast feed.
I went into the podcast folder, selected one of the files, and did a "update database to point to the new location". Everything worked fine.

For this to truly be effective, however, I need to manually change the Episode status to "keep forever", but the only available option is "download". Is there a way to fudge this?  I'm not tempted to redownload these large files that have already been tagged.
