Title: playing my media jukebox

when i put a cd in the cd-rom it will not play the cd when media jukebox is signed on. at first it played now it does not. the notes keep telling me cannot create media jukebox playback control or it says cannot create cd manager control. i have gone to goldenhawk for help but nothing seems to work!!!! can you please help???

Are you running another program that is trying to play the CD at the same time?
