I purchased the MC 14.(some version) a few weeks ago. Having a new PC it seems that I cannot download the version I paid for (which worked OK for me). I even cannot pay for an upgrade as the restoration page does not recognise my username. Can anyone from JRiver go into their customer base and check this out?

You have an MC14 license. It has a different address than your forum address. The domain is your last name.
You can find old versions in the FAQ (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=10029.0) at the top of the MC15 board, or by searching for "Old Versions" on our wiki. I think there is also a link on our Purchase page.
