Title: Quiet sound on first start

I'm wondering if this is just me. I have:

• volume set to Internal Volume
• Audio Output mode to Wave Out with device Wave mapper
• DSP Studio set to Volume Leveling for Track based & Automatic based on current playlist
• Play silence at start for hardware synchronization: None

Can't think of what else might be appropriate. Anyway when I first start MC and play songs, the volume is really low. I have to increase the volume to get it louder, then back again to where I had it set and everything's good from then on.

Is this a problem or a setting I don't have right?

could it be that the value set under
options>start up>set volume at startup
is set low?

I have that option unchecked. I do have the "Optimize volume for best sound quality" checked though.
