Title: Down Time -- Back up now

We were off-line for the last four hours.  Our Internet provider made a mistake that was filtering out our outbound packets.  It was a simple fix once we helped them find the problem.  I'm sorry for the outage.

I'm no internet expert but I think you need those packets.
