Title: How to add a now playing list to panes view
Post by: dildaly on May 31, 2010, 12:25:50 pm
I'm sure that this is a "newbie" question but I haven't been able to find the answer easily by searching the support topics.

I want to stay in panes view in audio, but have a fixed column featuring the playing now list.

Any suggestions welcome
Thanks

Try

View > Split View > Show 2 Views

Navigate to Playing Now in the 2nd view. You might also want to lock the 2nd view.

view > Split View > Lock View 2

When I want to put together a few files for playing now n this way, I would expect, that I can simply drag and drop a file into the playing now space, where it plays then, while I add consecutively other single files from other albums in the same way.

But when the first file plays, its whole album is allready added in the play now view, allthough I wanted to hear only one song!

Is there a quick and elegant way to pick a few songs just for "on the moment" without deleting the rest of the album from the playnow list nor creating any separate playlist first?
