i sometimes watch movies with subtitles.. mkv movies. and it always worked nicely. but since the recent changes i cant see the subtitles. when i go in the osd it says the subtitle is active, but they wont show. i found some new settings in the options about subtitles, but i cant figure out which setting does work.
:)

so i thought i tried everything. :-[
apparently the subtitle track was empty. ?
i ripped the movie again first with the same and then with an other subtitle track and the later works...
ill have to look into the new subtitle settings. i believe they are a nice addition. its a bit of a change when you are used to doing it in a complex way since mc 11.
thanks for that yaobing.
:)

edit: one thing i noticed and what you can see in the graph too, is that my directvob sub filter is called filter: 0002.
i have no idea why that is?

That is because the filter was added automatically by DirectShow. If you let MC add the filter by configuring it in the filter selection, the correct name will appear.
