Title: [Fixed] Scrolling over horizontal slide bar

There is a fun behavior when you scroll with you mousewheel over the horizontal slidebar. MC view move diagonally. While it is not a bug, it was not natural for me to see that behavior and I'm asking if it shouldn't be improved?
