I'm a new user, love MC 15 so far. I'm sure I'm missing an easy setting in theater view. Where is the setting to get videos to open automatically in fullscreen/big screen?
In Theater view, when I go from Video into my ripped Video TS, my video plays perfectly, no issue there. But it opens as an inset, not fullscreen, and I have to scroll over to Big Screen to make it go full. I want to skip the inset and go straight to fullscreen.

Welcome to Interact.
You can set that in Tools/Options/General/Behavior.
In options for Startup, you can also tell MC to start in Theater View.

I'd found the setting to start in Theater view, works great on my HTPC.
Tools/Options/General/Behavior/...? I know I'm missing something simple, thanks for your help.
To start video in big screen/fullscreen view immediately without scrolling across the top, which setting is it? Under Tools/Options/General/Behavior, I assume it's the "Jump on Play (Video)" setting. Then which of those choices do I need to pick? Or is it a different setting? My video seems to come up in the box with the top scroll chocies of Back/Playing Now/Info/List/Big Screen with each choice (unless I've missed the right one). I want it to come up to Big Screen without having to scroll through that list.

Or is it a different setting?
Yes: Options - Theatre View - Behaviour. Set Jump on play (video) to "Display View (even in Playing Now)."

Yup! That fixed it! Thanks for your help, I knew I was missing something simple and that was it.
