Title: Media Editor,Quick Find in File/Cover Art Directory still doesn't work
Post by: johnpapkones on June 21, 2010, 12:41:11 pm: I open a file, i work with this (cutting or choosing a part of file) and then when i try to save my selection does nothing...

Can you convert a file to MP3? It may need the encoder.

I covnert the file wav to mp3 successfully.
And now what about editor?...

Sorry but, i already have post about Quick Find in File/Cover Art Directory because at version 15.0.58 doesn't work and you didn't answer me.
I've posted for this problem in the past and you have fixed 'till version 49 but when i done update to version 58 doesn't work.

(p.s. it does look like the editor can leave a temporary WAV file behind when saving to MP3 which will be fixed in a coming build)

You refer to Quick Find in File/Cover Art Directory? I used C:\ but the problem is the same. I remember that you have fixed and that it worked perfectly from the version 11 to 14 and 15.49 that i allready had used (chek my old post for help).

Same thing happens saving with the editor at C:\.

I found two problems related to media center 15.58
1. Quick Find in File/Cover Art Directory is not working till version 38, worked at 49 but not at 58.
You have fixed, it worked for media center 9, 10, 11, 12, 14 and at my old post i explain exactly the problem and you have told me that will be fixed

It's something about the programm and not my system because i won't had problem with all previous versions.
I don't have change anything, just i update every time with new version and believe me, in my pc i don't have change something at all (i don't have install/unistall programms, i use only the basics, office, media center)
2. Media editor have also problem.
I'm not expert to programming to give you a solution, sorry.But as old user with media center i'm sure that the version 15 has problem.
All this years media center have no dramaticaly changes concerning music library, but now i can't use fuctions that i use before.
I'm not sure that help you, because my english aren't good. I hope to fixe this, please...i think the media center is the best at the best but now don't work properly.
