Title: Reload library after sync?

After I perform a manual library sync, I'm usually notified that the library has been modified and asked if I want to reload it.

The only changes that I've made to the library have been done from the client where I performed the manual sync; is there any reason to reload?

I see the same thing on occasion.
Nobody at the house so the only changes can be the ones made client-side.
I've verified that all the tag changes updated properly so I've just been ignoring it since it doesn't download the whole library.
