why aren't my wav files importing into MJ? How do i get them in the program, and into my playlists?
-
You have tried File > Library > Import Media? Some options are available there that you may have to check.

I am now having the same problem. Nothing has changed on my computer and I have checked the file associations. There is no WAV box to check under associations. I used to not have this problem, but it appeared tonight. The only way I can import WAV files is to find them in a folder, then right click the file and go to Media Jukebox>import.
What's up with this??

Hi Bahamasboy
The checkbox for importing wav file is obviously under
File->Library-> Import Media...
And BTW there is also a Wav checkbox in the File Association dialog

I don't think it's possible to remove it... maybe you aren't looking in the right place?
This is where it should be

Thanks for the help, but it wasnt there! I removed the program, and re installed, then it showed up again! I've had no problems since. Anyone with the same problem, where it USED TO IMPORT WAV FILES but doesn't now do the following.....
1. Back up your library
2. Back up your license (under help)
3. Make sure you have the installation icon in your downloads folder to re install.
4. Remove the program using add/remove programs under your control panel
5. Reinstall the program
6. Import your library under file import library
7. Activate your license (from you back up you made in step 2) under help.
You should then have the ability to import wav files again
