Title: randomize by artist?

im trying to create a smart playlist that contains 3 songs from each artist, and try to randomize them by artist (such that all of Artist A's songs play first then Artist M's, then artist J's) also is there a way to limit the list to 15 artists only? artists/songs should change when i click refresh. is that possible?   ;D

it would be better if artist with less than 3 songs in my library wont show up in that list  :P thanks
