Title: Upgrade and 64 Bit Version
Post by: nurowolf on July 25, 2010, 10:11:57 pm
Hi I have a license for MC12.

I recently purchased a new Win 7 64 Bit system.  And now I am planning the migration effort.  So 2 questions

Q1. LicenseUpgrade

MC Upgrades require taht you install older versions of the product first.  Can we get an exception to this.  I have a lovely pristine machine and am looking to keep it that way for as long as possible.
Is there anyway to get a License upgrade without having to go back and install MC12.

Q2. 64 Bit support
Is MC 15 64-bit or still only 32-bit.
If not yet 64-bit - is there a plan to deploy a 64-Bit.
Again - I want to keep this machine as prsitine as possible and only run 64-Bit software when ever possible.

Thanks
Nuro

You could try MC15.  It's not a 64 bit program, but you won't need that.  32 bit programs will run fine on 64 bit systems.

MC12 might by iffy on Win7.
