i bought an mj licencse for the 7.0 version, but like an idiot forgot to back up the license, thus when i formatted my hard drive i had to reload MJ which by now was version 8.0. So i went to restore my license but it says it doesn't recognise my e-mail address, which by the way has not changed? what can i do if anything?
Also the second thing, when i try to burn a cd, when i but the blank disc in it freezes my system, where as with 7.0 it worked perfectly. Is there a possibility i could obtain the 7.0 as i found it much better.
Thanks for your time.

We don't recover 7.x licenses. The restore page only works for v8.
The CD problem might be fixed by updating to the build here on Interact. It has support for more drives. Try "use generic" in the options for CD drives. If that doesn't work, explore the installation of ASPI in our FAQ.
