Title: Start Button

I'm new to this so excuse the dumb questions.  But...Is the "Organization Tree" the stuff on the left hand side of the page?  i.e. Out of the box it starts with Audio, Images, Video...Action Window?  If yes, I'm looking for the "Start Button" referred to in the Wiki Doc.  Where is it?  If no, where is the Organization Tree?  Thanks.

It was removed.  If you need it, you can add it back under options/General/Features.
