I really like the print labels feature---but where can we buy the pre-printed label sheets to us in a ink jet printer that matches the template?

You can buy cd labels and case inserts at any computer supply or large office supply store.  I highly recommend starting off with a kit, which will include a label applicator, labels, and case inserts.  You can also purchase cd labels and case inserts separately.  Fellowes Neato labels are easily obtainable and the applicator is pretty foolproof.
