Title: FYI: The Forum Has Been Flaky This Morning

I haven't been able to get a tracert because it keeps coming back up, but I've been getting lots of stalls and timeouts on Interact this morning.  Seems good and fast right now, but it wasn't just 10 minutes ago...

had problems getting in today too. or when i was in i could not get any further. or log in

This morning in the office we are working on lots of sites, some specialized so presumably lightly used, but lots of lag and timeouts. So it might be problems or heavy load on some parts of the Internet.

I'm not seeing any issues elsewhere, and I've continued to see occasional poor performance here, even after lunch (though I haven't checked in in the last two hours or so).

My connection to the net here is a bi-directional 20Gbps straight-to-backbone connection via Internet2 through the local state university system (peering with TransitRail).  We don't have many connectivity issues at all.
