Title: Where are MC/MJ personal settings located?

All the options, skin settings, and all other personal preferences are obviously not stored in the user's application folder or somewhere in local settings.
So, where might they be?
It would be very time-saving and practical if one could just copy or EXPORT the settings and then re-import/paste them everytime you reset the OS and start from scratch :D.

MC15 can optionally import settings, when you restore, from backups made by MC14 or MC15.

Most settings are in the registry.  Skins are in the Program folder, down several levels.
