I've been using MC for many, many years -- but never really tried the Play Radio feature...
I've "simulated" it in the past by simply shuffling my entire Audio library and skipping things that didn't suit my mood...
So -- playing with it this morning. I've skipped a few things, and am wondering about what it really does with that info...
Many of the things were "songs" I don't like a lot -- but, the artists are amongst my favorites. What's the result? Will those artists be excluded or "lowered" in the play cycle?
Also -- if I've skipped something by accident, is there a way to "undo" that?
Thanks!

Magic voodoo. So far as I can tell, Radio takes the metadata (not sure which metadata exactly) and uses that to guess what songs you'll want to listen to based on whether you skip or play songs. I'd guess some sort of points system is in place (+1 point for a play -1 for a skip...or something vaguely along those lines). But that's just me interpreting what I notice from the feature and what I've read on the forum here (which is minimal info).

Maybe, but there are a lot of other things that go into the Radio algorithm, so it seems to balance out pretty well.

No, but Play as Radio starts fresh every time so those accidents will only affect your current radio playlist. The feature seems intended to be as simple and straight-forward as possible, so there's not much tinkering to do with it
