Wasn't really a joke. I read about that a couple of weeks ago in the paper. There is actually a group of nuts who point to this as proof that the U.S. knew about it all along. I think somebody with an overactive imagination had way too much time on their hands. Who in their right mind would continuously fold a twenty dollar bill to look at the pictures?
Wherever those pictures came from, they blurred the image to prove their point. On a real twenty, the "clouds of smoke" look like folded trees, which is what they are.

Feel free to delete if even this is too far to go.
