Title: just updated media jukebox and cannot find the "sound recorder". help?

I just updated to the media jukebox 14 and cannot find the "sound recorder" in the "tools". I was wondering if it was moved and I am just not looking hard enough? I have checked all the tabs and here I sit hoping for help. Thanks for being patient with me.
