Title: Photo Title and Subject tags

In Windows Explorer (Windows 7) there are tags for Title and Subject that seem to always be the same. Initially the same value is shown in MC's Caption tag. My problem is that if I update the Caption tag in MC these tags do no change when viewed in Windows Explorer. Is there anyway from within MC to update these tags?

It's a bit strange because as far a I can see the value in these tags is not in any of the tags visible from within MC.
